Transgressions Parked

Wow! What a morning with Primary 6b at Transgression Park. Quite the most marvellous attitude and behaviour across the board from our star pupils - a real credit to their families and to Sciennes. Staff at TP commented on just how impressed they were with how children listened, used excellent manners, asked relevant questions, and got plain stuck in! Nice work, guys.

Many, many thanks to Ms Spence, Mr O'Brien and Mrs Russell for helping us on our trip.

Reading Conferencing Stars in P6B

 Beau and Abi in P6B produced this excellent artwork in response to their group novel "The Wreck of the Zanzibar" by Michael Morpurgo.

P6B at Transgression Park

Meg, Isla, Eloisa and Eva had a fabulous time at Transgression Park on Friday 21st June and came back to school sporting these cool wristbands!

Fantastic Team-work 6C!

Primary 6C enjoyed some team building activities with their Primary 7 teacher, Miss French. They had to cross the quicksand and then build a shelter that would keep the entire team dry during the fast-approaching storm!

P6A and P6C have enjoyed a great day out. We had a super time at Transgression Park in the morning, ate a picnic lunch at the Meadows, then played in the park. Everyone will sleep well tonight!

Race for Life

We are all very proud of Ciara for completing the Race for Life.

Football Success for Dan P6A

Congratulations Dan on receiving these two Sciennes Football awards, including one end of year trophy for 'Most Improved Player'. Dan has also achieved a 'Green Socka' award from the Elite Schools Football club.

P6 Hair Salon

Mrs Barker, Miss Pearmain and Mrs Nowell were looking forward to having their hair done by Iona and Phoebe, Kirsty and Lily, and Angelita and Ruby S,

UNTIL work got under way!

It was a scary process but we certainly ended up with 'crazy hair'.
